Normal day

Man utd won the charity shield.Ryan Giggs scored!!!A calm & well placed shot that left Cech helpless.Credits to Van der Sar who did brilliantly to save 3 penalties in a row.He makes it look easy,doesnt he?However,there is still a major letdown,Evra was the MOM -_-" Tio owned by another xiao hei(Phillips) still can get,must be cause assist Giggs.Anyway i am real excited to see what the new man utd would be like.Van der Sar, Ferdinand, Vidic, Hargreaves, Scholes, Anderson, Nani, Ronaldo, Rooney, Tevez & Giggs!!!

Anyway today i was pretty stunned in GP.I was talking to Don,too much perhaps,where Mrs HO said something that totally shut me up.I am not going to say what is it but it got pretty disgusting when she bothered to elaborate.Then compre talk about this Oedipus guy who killed his father & married his mother unknowingly.Then talked about incest which reminds me of an incident in taiwan where this innocent baby's mind was polluted by his grandpa who always watch porn while carrying him.Poor boy,grew up having some psychological problem.Then got this 12 year old dont know what's wrong,gang rape a woman lehz.Another guy tio gang rape also.What is becoming of the world man?!Think there is too much 伤风败俗 happenings going on le.See already also feel disgusted.

Anyway we went to train pull ups & Sam did 20 assisted.Not bad,if this continues he should be able to get silver/gold.Went to take a look @ the NAPHA results.Jing Hean,my distant cousin,got 30 points.Nothing to be amazed of since he is 2 years older than us & a triathlete.Then i realized something.My shutter run timing not bad lehz,only 5 person better than me nia haha.I shall go train more sprintings haha lol,good for broad jump & shutter run.Then Sam said something that i buay tahan.

Sam:Wah you very small size lehz,LIKE GIRL.Even John more man than you.

Win liao lo,like that say me.Freaking dont like people say i feminine looks or whatever.Which part of me looks like a girl you tell me?Go tell people ex-NCC ASM feminine i tell you they sure laugh til 脱裤子.That's why i am trying very hard to gain some mass but it doesnt seems to work.It's either i am training too much or there are worms in my stomach.Anyway i am going to take more fish & chicken after my research shows that proteins are the key to gaining mass.I dont want to be small size,makes me look weak then like no sense of security lehz.Already i cant get into commando cause i am underweight,if i dont do anything about it i think i cant even parachuting.Sure get blown away by the wind sia*phew*.My target is to reach 60kg by prelims.Hopefully somebody can give me some useful pointers on how to eat healthily.To all you slim people who are trying to lose mass,dont be dumb cause somebody here is desperately trying to gain weight & i assure you it's as difficult,if not more.A little baby fat also very cute de ma,look @ Selina haha lol.She is also very pretty.

So tired,dont feel like doing any work.Oh by the way i want to watch Jay Chou's new movie so if anyone wants to watch can please jio me?I dont mind Disturbia too.I know i should be studying but i want to catch the last movie before i go into mugging mode.Anyway Happy Birthday Singapore,in advance haha lol.Enjoy your break people,have fun.
